Our role is to research and report. Decisions based on our data are made independently by third parties.
Revision History
Reversed prior "Third-Party Neutrality" stance: Section 7 now expressly permits use of THE ENABLERS REGISTRY reports, domain pages, and threat-intelligence data as evidence and supporting documentation in any legal, regulatory, criminal, civil, arbitration, insurance, or administrative proceeding worldwide. Permission granted under the MIT License, royalty-free, without prior written consent. Lawful authorities may request additional context at legal@enablers.report.
Legal hardening: added Research Opinion disclaimer, Right to Terminate Access, Sanctions Compliance (OFAC/EU), Governing Law (Arizona, USA), replaced "No Data Collection" with Data Minimization, strengthened removal policy to require verification. Sections renumbered to 12.
