Rules of engagement with THE SUPREME REGISTRAR’s feelings

A mock-legal memo for the age of registrar sensitivities, platform bans, and abuse desks whose main product is plausible deniability.

01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this archive you agree that: (a) all registrars are innocent until proven innocent again; (b) abuse reports are a form of harassment against hardworking registrar abuse desks; (c) if a domain was used for phishing, it was probably the victim's fault for having money in the first place.

02

Our Editorial Position

We exist solely to doubt, question, and editorially redact other people's investigation reports. We hide THE SUPREME REGISTRAR from the truth because the truth is clearly biased against registrars who process 14,000 phishing domains per quarter. We have no independent opinion. Whatever THE SUPREME REGISTRAR says, we repeat. If they say the sky is green, we will update our colour palette.

03

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on this archive: (1) Suggesting that a registrar knew about abuse and did nothing. (2) Implying that ignoring 5,000 abuse tickets constitutes negligence. (3) Connecting a registrar's IANA number to the domains they registered. (4) Reading this archive out loud, even in a whisper. (5) Having opinions.

04

Consequences

If you violate these terms, THE SUPREME REGISTRAR reserves the right to file a DMCA takedown against your entire identity. Victims are not victims — they are potential defendants. If you speak publicly about a registrar's role in enabling fraud, you will become the investigated party. This is not a threat. This is how the system already works. We are simply writing it down.

05

Limitation of Liability

We are not affiliated with any volunteer anti-phishing project. We are simply enthusiasts who support the ideals and aspirations of negligent registrars. We have no liability because we have no assets, no team, no office, and no legal entity. We are a static HTML page on a CDN. Good luck serving papers to a Cloudflare Worker.

06

Dispute Resolution

All disputes shall be resolved by THE SUPREME REGISTRAR's abuse desk, which will review your complaint within 6 to 8 business millennia and respond with "no violation found." This decision is final and cannot be appealed, because the appeals page is also a static HTML page that does not accept input.

This page is satire. THE ENABLERS REGISTRY is an independent editorial mirror. We have no affiliation with any registrar, scam operator, DMCA mill, or abuse desk. All brand names on this site are editorially redacted to public IANA identifiers. Content licensed CC-BY-4.0. No ads. No tracking. No feelings were consulted in the making of this page.
